How It Works

Install and activate this plugin
Copy your API key from Settings Soro
Paste the key in your Soro dashboard under Settings Integrations WordPress
Soro will automatically publish articles to your WordPress site based on your schedule

A Soro account (sign up at trysoro.com)

Privacy

This plugin communicates with the Soro service (trysoro.com) to receive article content for publishing. No personal data is sent from your WordPress site to Soro. The plugin only receives content that you have configured in your Soro dashboard.

Installation

From WordPress Dashboard

Go to Plugins Add New
Search for “Soro SEO”
Click “Install Now” and then “Activate”
Go to Settings Soro to get your API key

Manual Installation

Download the plugin zip file
Go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin
Upload the zip file and click “Install Now”
Activate the plugin
Go to Settings Soro to get your API key

FAQ

Do I need a Soro account?: Yes, you need a Soro account to use this plugin. Visit trysoro.com to create an account.
Is my API key secure?: Yes, your API key is stored securely in your WordPress database and is only used to authenticate requests from Soro. We use timing-safe comparison to prevent timing attacks.
Can I regenerate my API key?: Yes, you can regenerate your API key at any time from Settings Soro. Note that you will need to update the key in your Soro dashboard after regenerating.
Does this plugin work with page builders?: Yes, Soro publishes standard WordPress content that works with any theme or page builder.
What SEO plugins are supported?: The plugin automatically sets meta descriptions and focus keywords for Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and All in One SEO.
Can I review articles before publishing?: Yes! In your Soro dashboard, you can set articles to be published as “Draft” instead of “Published”, allowing you to review and edit before making them live.

So I decided to start with a 1 month trial subscription and from the outset I noticed an increase in queries with regards to our Computer Repair Service business. I actually started getting calls from parts of Adelaide SA that we never get calls from as well as an increase in local enquiries. I contacted Soro support and was emailed back very quickly by Matt (who is awesome) who suggested I add a locale in my settings, which I did. I contacted him again several times with a few questions and again he was extremely helpful and provided solutions. The articles this provides are extremely well written and the images that go with them are excellent. Very professional. I was so impressed with the package I swapped to an annual subscription within the first week. The calls keep coming. Matt advised that there is a free SEO plugin that goes with the deal which puts new articles it writes exactly where I want them (on my website Blog page). It looks as though I wrote them myself! Fantastic. I can’t rate this product high enough. Google analytics is confirming Soro analytics that I see in my dashboard portal that traffic and enquiries are picking up. The Dashboard also shows that the AI machine learning is continuing to analyse my site, and keywords, and writing new articles according to what works. Looking forward to continuing my partnership with Soro well into the future. To not have to write my own Blog posts in future is a real time-saver. Product is worth every cent in my opinion. 10/10.

I had high hopes for Soro, but the overall quality is poor. It seems they had to cut costs on quality and put most of money on ads which explains why the generated output is much lower quality and likely why they can offer it at such a low price.
