This is just a simple plugin. When activated you will randomly see a quote from Chuck Norris in the upper right of your admin screen.
Installation

e.g.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/plugin-namedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
