Notifico: Send Website Alerts to Your Phone

Description

Notifico helps store owners receive real-time notifications for order-related events. It forwards important order, product, customer, and coupon data from WooCommerce-powered stores to the Notifico mobile app, so you can stay on top of your store from your phone.

Features

  • Sends order, product, customer, and coupon notifications from WooCommerce-powered stores
  • Supports created, updated, deleted, and restored triggers across all major store objects
  • Automatically provisions and manages all required webhook subscriptions
  • Lightweight admin UI with guided setup, connection testing, and no manual webhook configuration
  • Extensible architecture for additional webhook topics

Configuration

  1. Download the Notifico app from the Google Play Store.
  2. In the app, create a new topic and select WooCommerce as the topic type.
  3. Copy the API Endpoint URL and Authentication Token from the topic settings.
  4. In wp-admin, click Notifico in the sidebar and paste the credentials into the API Configuration form, then save.

Webhook forwarding is enabled automatically the first time valid credentials are saved — the required webhook subscriptions are created automatically.

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it directly through the Plugins Add New screen in wp-admin.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. Ensure WooCommerce is installed and active — Notifico will display a notice if it isn’t.
  4. Find Notifico in the wp-admin sidebar to configure your API Endpoint URL and Authentication Token.

FAQ

Does this work with WooCommerce?

Where do I find my API Endpoint URL and Authentication Token?

In the Notifico mobile app, create a new topic and select WooCommerce as the topic type. Copy the API Endpoint URL and Authentication Token from the topic settings and paste them into the plugin’s API Configuration form.
