How could I hide existing Hamburger & Title in mobile tab ?

I have installed Wp Mobile Menu plugin.
Now, I have two problem,
One, I want to hide hamburger on Existing theme menu.
Two, I want to hide my website Title on mobile & tablet menu plugin.
Please do for me otherwise I can’t publish blog or going live my website on google.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
