#### Restrictions

Each restriction can be easily toggled between Enable and Disable. When set to Enable,
the restriction will allow the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option only for the
specified selections. On the other hand, when set to Disable, the restriction will
disable the COD option for the specified selections, making it unavailable for them.

 * Shipping Method inside Shipping Zone

 * State
 * Postal Code (Supports Ranges)

 * User Role
 * Products in cart (Supports Variations)
 * Categories of the products in cart

You can define an informational message to display before the payment methods, when
the COD method is not available for a customer.
 You can define different messages
per restrict reason.

#### Extra Fees

The extra fee is flexible, and in addition to the “standard” fee, you can define
fees based on the following criteria:

 * Shipping Zone
 * Country
 * Shipping Method
 * Shipping Zone and Shipping Method (combined)

You can enable or disable this extra fee based on the customer’s cart amount.
 You
can use a fixed price or a percentage of the customer’s cart amount. You also have
a nice rounding option. You can enable tax for this fee.

#### Developer-Friendly

The plugin integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce and uses a clean, **object-oriented**
codebase. It also provides the following filters for easy customization:

 * `wc_smart_cod_fee`: Alter the extra fee.
 * `wc_smart_cod_available`: Alter the current COD restriction.
 * `wc_smart_cod_fee_title`: Change the COD fee title.

Since the plugin extends the existing WooCommerce Cash on Delivery Gateway, there’s**
no need to enable or disable gateways** manually.

## Installation

 1. Upload plugin to your website and activate it
 2. Go as always to WooCommerce / Settings / Checkout / Cash On Delivery
 3. Setup your desired settings, click ‘Save Changes’, and you are ready to go!

Is not working, is a scam. After install it, the only message you will get is “The
missing settings incompatibility with WooCommerce >= 9.9.3 is now fixed in WooCommerce
Smart COD PRO, and we are actively working to bring compatibility to the free version
as soon as possible.”

Premium support for the paid plugin is not responding to inquiries. The plugin is
not compatible with the new version of Woocommerce

Unfortunately it doesn’t work, it doesn’t apply the extra fee at checkout

After buying the premium, and posted a thread on support forum, I got no answer 
nor on the forum nor by email. The first message was 2 months ago, and since then
I tried several times contacting them. I am deeply disappointed

I thought I cant make what i want. but wc-smart-cod make my dream can true. they
did very heard work only for me. i recommend all of you to use wc-smart-cod for
