You can find my old review below where I dove into the itty-bitty little problems that SureForms had. In that review I forgot to mention what I love about SureForms. Also the support was quick to adress those issues now and Mohit, the product manager at SureForms, not only responded here but dug through all my old support tickets and gave me an consolidated update about what's happening, what's being looked into and what has changed. That is some dedication. Now. I updated my review to well deserved 4 stars for the time being and SureForms can easily becoma a 5 star plugin. It gets lots of praise and depending on your usecase it may already be a five-star-plugin for you. I think it can easily achieve its fifth star. So first of all: all those nags that made me want to leave SureForms are now gone. That – is – great! But now what I forgot what I love about SF and you also deserve to know: when SureForms was announced and I tried the earliest version I didn't like it because it was done in the block editor and I wasn't used to how they presented their form fields and layout. I didn't intend to purchase it. I did purchase it eventually because I was looking forward to what was promised and a lot was delivered in the meantime. also I got the hang of the interface which looks nicer than some other forms plugin. Their design is more user friendly than that of others. the standard frontend form styling is beautiful. I replaced some other forms that I used earlier with SureForms because the frontend presentation leaves a way better impression. All in all I do like it. And I'm looking forward for them improving it even more. Fingers crossed. This is my old review text: Guess why I'm writing this review? Because SureForms inserts a nagging banner at the top of my admin dashboard asking me to do so. And it's not the first time. You click it away, but after some time it reappears. I'm using the paid version. You could expect that they have the decency to introduce a switch "never ask for a review again". I am supposed to use SureForms in client sites with the license that I have. Do you think I will? Do you think I will expose my paying clients to unnecessary nags? We just want to work and we want the tools we use to do the job. SurePeople, are you listening? Your behaviour is actively preventing widespread adaptation. Also: this is not the only thing they force on you. They introduce new dashboard widgets that weren't there before. Now it's in your dashboard. Sure, you can just click it away. But it mustn't be there in the first place. Ask me if I want it, not force it in my dashboard for me to clean it up. You know what? I'm switching to WSform. A plugin that does everything you could ever ask for. Without nags. And I think SureForms will not be the last Sure product I kick out because they all behave like that. Add to that the vanishing license keys that you have to re-add every now and again. I used WPforms in the past and FluentForms, both with its pros and cons. I gave SureForms a chance because of what was promised. And I could really like it if it did not introduce stuff that nobody asked for and benefits only you. SureForms is still lacking features that those aforementioned two plugins have and none come close to what WSform offers. I thought I could run with SureForms but apparently you don't want people to use your products in a professional manner. And one more thing: the sure-nags appear in the free version of the plugin, so my review is not only about what others do better or stuff that happens only in the paid version. But it lets you see that you won't get rid of those nags either if you are a free or a paid user. Also: they advertise their paid plugin in the repository so mentioning my experience with said plugin is within the guidelines. If only Sure starts listening to people their products could be great.
