You can change scrollbar options from settings menu. To customize your scrollbar go to Settings > GL Scrollbar.

Installation
Install from wordpress.org:
- Go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for “Green Life Custom Scrollbar”
- Install and Active it.
- To customize scrollbar go to Settings > GL Scrollbar.
Install from ZIP file:
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/plugin-namedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use Settings->GL Scrollbar screen to customize the plugin
